I'm still not on here regularly, sorry. I never said how our house situation ended up from my last journal. We ended up barely making it work in time before we had to be out of the apartment. So I'm a home owner now :) Today is the first day since we moved (last summer) that I've been mentally and physically able to work on that drawing I started forever ago. Haha. I just don't have the motivation like I used to. I'll hopefully finish this drawing one day!

My landlord has, after nearly 4 years, decided that he is no longer allowing us to keep our chinchillas. He gave us until July 31st to either move out or get rid of our pets. Many of you probably know that my chinchillas are like my children and many of them we have had since they were born, so giving them up is not an option. We are already pre-approved for a VA loan and we just signed a contract for a house last weekend. But we still need a few thousand dollars to help pay for the closing costs, home inspection, etc. I know I haven't been very active on here for years, so I didn't immediately think to make a journal about this but I haven't
